We just had our old roof torn off, and a new Owens Corning shingle roof installed by KDCO Home Improvement. ******* was very responsive, and awesome to work with from start to finish. *******, the foreman was also professional, highly competent, and dedicated. The entire crew was highly skilled. We are very pleased with our roof and never had any doubts about them throughout the entire project. We are already making plans to use KDCO again on a future project.

After checking the BBB website for highly rated contractors, I found KDCO.*****************************, the company president, responded quickly to my request for an estimate for a new roof and siding.******* was very thorough and professional and answered our questions.I chose her company for the work after a review of the quotes I received and I couldnt be more pleased with the results.My expectations were high and the results surpassed my dreams. The transformation was dramatic. The work happened as she said it would and her communication efforts were outstanding.A very positive and pleasant experience from start to finish.I would not hesitate to call ******* for any future home improvement needs that could arise in the future.******, thorough, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with.

I'm very impressed with KDCO Home Improvement. This past fall they installed new gutters, leaf-guards, downspouts, soffits, and improved our air circulation/temperature control in the attic with better roof ventilation/capping. My wife and I were so impressed with their work that we also had the contractor install beautiful windows throughout our house. The President of KDCO Home Improvement is truly an expert in exterior remodeling. As the contractor, she provided us with an introduction home improvement packet, and kept us informed at all times with a written letter, phone calls, emails, and text messages. Moreover, she was onsite at all of the remodeling at different time periods to make sure we were pleased with the progress and to answer any questions. In addition, we were so impressed with the work crews who specialized in each of the areas that we had remodeled. The workers were polite and had such a great work ethic. We enjoyed talking to them and they were certainly very good at informing us on their efforts and had asked at various times if we had any questions or concerns. When I told one of the crew members that their work was exceptional, he basically said that's their best form of advertisement. I was also quite pleased with the timeframe to complete all of this work and the prompt cleanup after each project. Last of all, the remodeling cost for all of this home improvement was more than fair and reasonable. In short, my wife and I feel extremely fortunate to have found KDCO Home Improvement. Outstanding is our overall rating!!

Five ************ from KDCO. My experience started with blindly reaching out to the Company and getting a return phone call from the Owner (*******) the same day. We arranged to meet at a date/time of mutual convenience, and she arrived on-time, in a Company flagged vehicle in professional attire and was very thorough in trying to understand our issues and concerns. Rather than selling us on new whole house siding, she was willing to replace bad siding with new product and re-use some of the old siding to blend in making repairs. We ordered the product and in a few short weeks now have a quality repair at an affordable price. Thank you, *******, for thinking outside the box and offering us a reasonable repair option in a timely manner! Without hesitation, all our future siding needs will be handled by KDCO.
