      ***************** received Contractor bid, insurer/customer accepted bid, and canceled bid within three (3) business days for full refund, per contract. Bidding Company voided contract (on their end), insurer/customer reached out to Contractor between 5/20/2024 to current - NO RESPONSE, NO FOLLOWUP, NO COMMUNICATION from contractor regarding total amount paid $4,593.46/refund.

      Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We apologize for any inconvenience and frustration you have experienced. We understand the importance of clear communication and timely resolutions. 

      We acknowledge that you accepted the contractor's bid and subsequently canceled it within the three business days allowed for a full refund, as per the contract.

      Please note that we have been actively working on resolving this issue. We have contacted you several times to inform you that your refund was being processed. We are pleased to confirm that the full refund of $4,593.46 has been issued and sent to you today, June 12, 2024.

      Full refund was due on 6/3/2024 and State Construction personally provided FULL REFUND on 6/12/2024. Thank you.

      A new roof was put on in2018. I had a tear off also. I notice a place on my ceiling that I washed and slowly it came back then my wall started to peel. I checked and I finally found the leak. At the peak of the valley there is exposed wood which is rotten. I called Ohio Construction and they told me they would call me back. That was 1 month ago. I have called every day but no return call. At this time I can't find my guarantee but I think it was 25 for shingles and 10 years for labor. I've payed someone else to fix the problem which was no sheet metal was placed under the shingles and they weren't butted up to the gutter. I feel they need to pay for this plus I have to get my ceiling and wall fixed. I got the leak fixed because of the weather and to stop the damage seeing how they wouldn't call me back

      We made several attempts to get in touch with the client with no luck. I did have a customer service rep visit the property on 10/12/2022  The leaking WAS NOT due to labor or installation or at fault from us. The property look to have sustained direct physical damage from a recent storm which should have been claim through the owners insurance coverage. I left a message in regards to this and closed the file out. State Construction will not be taking any further action in regards to this complaint as it is considered closed.

       I am rejecting this response because:

      No one tried to call me and no obe came to my house. They left nothing for me that they were  here. I had people come and it  was their fault . If they tried to call me why didn't  they answer all my calls. This isn't  for.my insurance comp. I have damage inside my home. I payed another company to fix the outside but I need the inside fix.

      As we stated in previous communication the inaccurate information from this customer is the norm. Please find attached the actual install dated on the release doc. 6/9/2017 

      This roof has been installed for over 6 years with out any problems. Until now! 

      We completed an inspection of the property mid October 2022 and found no fault of our company's installation. State Construction will take no further action on this complaint.

       I am rejecting this response because: I know when the roof was put on and maybe after time and the wood being exposed  it took time  for the water to show. I see that they won't  accept  responsibility  and I can't  do anything  to change that. I will be going to the city of Euclid and explain what happened  everything they work in Euclid  a red flag will go.up

      Roof was torn off and new roof put on in June of this year 2021 Finished it in the dark on the day they did it took 2 weeks for them to come back and fix problem ares. Was told shingles would lay dow when roof heated up . Have been trying to contact them and call back. The spots are getting worse rather than better. Now the ridge vent is coming ** in three areas and I have had to call a exterminator to get rid of yellow jackets that are building nests in my attic.. just want them to fix it I cant and shouldnt have to for the price they charged

      ****, I do apologize as I was in receipt of your message and honestly totally slipped me no excuses. I am aware of the situation and we are taking the step to remedy the problem. I will be sending out a tech to inspect the problem to make sure it is in fact covered by our warranty. If so we will then take the steps necessary to fix any install problems that may be happening. 

      If we need to follow up here we can once completed.
