To Whom it may concern I call in February and spoke to one of your associates in reference to two uncashed checks. I was requesting a stop and reissue. I was told to send the checks back to you so it could be reviewed and reprocessed. I sent the checks. As of this writing I have not hear anything. I call and spoke to a very nice gentleman in you billing department. He could not locate anything in reference to these two checks. I sent another letter, again no response. I called back and asked to speak to a Manager in your billing department, who could not help. She provide me with this address. I feel this shows a great deal of lack of respect and terrible business practices. The inability to locate an uncashed check and not responding to an honest inquiry. I have attached a copy of the overpayment refund checks in question that I send in Febuary. Could you please review and process my request to stop and reissue to the address provided. I have also sent copies of this letter to Summa Health Systems CEO Dr. Cliff Deveny, The Ohio Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau of Ohio. See AttachedBusiness response

Someone is using my phone number for their account who just recently visited this establishment. I am now getting calls and texts for *************************** at all hours of the day. I have a job. I am not ***************************. I asked them to remove my information and they argued with me for over ******************************************* Stop texting me. I have had this number for 2 years which means they did not update the records when this person came in. Take my phone number off the records.Business response

My health insurance processed a claim in incorrectly and I had to pay a balance that turned into an over payment. I found out over the summer and requested a refund (after Summa failed to notify me of an overpayment for months). They refunded me $35 and nothing additional. I have been asking for a refund for months now. They are holding on to $145.57 of mine. The following is a screenshot of MyChart (their own billing summary).Customer response

Hello, the location that provided the services was Summa Health Tallmadge Urgent Care. (60 North Ave. Suite, G-10 Tallmadge, OH 44278). They use a central billing service so my payment they’re not returning was submitted through MyChart, but the bill was for services performed at this location
