On April 1 this business was hired to Grind a stump in my yard it was also done while I was not home and after inspection I discovered it was not all removed After speaking with them several time being told he would be back to finish no one ever came of called about the problem. So now after 4 months another message was left with no contact again I would like this taken care of so I can finish the work in my yard . Thank youCustomer response

Bryson Landscaping did landscape and lawn replacement at our home. The lawn turned out terrible. Contacted owner he came out and admitted it wasn’t what he expected and promised to make it right. I have contacted him numerous times but no return calls. All I want at this time I just want partial reimbursement because I don’t trust him or his work.

Business stated that he came out to the consumer's home several times. It may have been a bad batch of grass seed. He wants to fix it for him. That would involve killing it and reseeding etc.. or he will offer a $2,000 refund. He stated he's been doing this work for 23 years now. He stated in the Spring it was beautiful. Consumer has drainage pipes may have caused erosion? He went back out to the home and it looked like junk. He did 2 treatments. He will do either for the consumer. Please let him know. Thanks!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Refund the $2000.00 will do and I will fix myself. Thanks for your time.
