      Good afternoon and your assistance is appreciated to issue my credit refund for my Mercedes Benz vehicle extended limited warranty agreement. I recently purchased on 5/22/2021 an extended warranty for my 2018 GLE 43 from Mercedes-Benz of St. Clair Shores, St Clair Shores, MI 48080, and paid $4887.50. This warranty was for 7 years, or 75000 Miles, with Contract Number MI *******. Prior to trading my vehicle in as of last Friday, June 14, 2024, for a 2021 GLE 63 Mercedes, I was told by representatives of Ken Ganley Akron, **** ** ****** *** ****** ** *****, that my extended warranty on my 2018 GLE was not transferable, and I would need to contact Mercedes Benz of St Clair Shores to process my warranty. When I contacted them today, I was told that Ken Ganley Mercedes would need to process my warranty, however Ken Ganley Team appears to not be acting in Good Faith, and has my trade-in vehicle listed online to include my extended warranty, and has not processed my refund. I would like the remaining portion of my 7 year, 70,000 mile extended warranty either added to my new vehicle, which is what I asked for initially, or a full refund be submitted immediately in the total amount paid of $4887.50

      hello.  the warranty the client purchased thru the dealer in saint clair shores can actually be cancelled here.  however, the refund amount will be sent directly to the MI dealer, not here since they sold the warranty.  we will cancel the contract today and get proff of cancellation and refund amount and send it to the customer. my feeling is the MI dealer will not issues the refund as they are known to be very difficult. we will work with mbusa to get the dealer to refund him.

      June 25,2018 My x husband used my credit to purchase a lease for our daughter under my name with out my knowledge. December 2019 *** **** sent me a letter how I missed a payment . This is when I was aware of this fraud. My x has no credit. Ganley dealership allowed my x to sign my name in front of a notary without my knowledge or my presence. Notary at dealership supposedly witness my signature. I was working at my job at the time of the signature. Signature doesn't match Name is incorrect and so is my Birthdate. This dealership Ganley allowed this fraudulent transaction to occur .I filed a ***** ****** report on fraud . I filed *** **** fraud department . It all came back as fraud.... I responded in person to ***** Toyota Dealership [ owner *** ****** ]. He refused to talk to me in person or phone . Finance manager talked to me and refused to do anything about this serious issue. In turn dealership filed a report with ***** ****** department claiming that I was observed signing the lease agreement by a notary. I in turned I filed another ***** ****** report with the **** **** statement of fraud. Dealership would not tell me the notary who witness my signature or me being there [ two different notary were on the reports and both notaries no loner work at the " Ganley Dealership." I also filed a Indentity Theft report with the ** *****

      I am writing in response to the complaint of ********* *********. Per my finance director, **** ******, on the date the vehicle was purchased / leased, **** ******* (her name at the time), came into the dealership and executed all of the documents to purchase / lease the vehicle. It is also my understanding that **** **** has removed the purchase from her credit report in order to resolve her complaints. This is an issue between *** ********* and her ex-husband.
