      12/27/2022 is the date on the shipping packing slip. I ordered a robot vacuum with no reference to subscriptions. I paid 7.97 for shipping. They took out 71.97 for a buyer's club subscription and then companies in 5 different states started taking subscription charges from my account using the info from my debit card. 2 in CA, 2 in TX, NM, FL, and OH. I am a 67 year old widow that lives solely on SSI. They stole my grocery and utility money. Everything I had left after paying my mortgage. Almost $400 was taken from my account in one months time. I canceled my debit card and will be disputing the charges at my bank. A complaint has been filed with the Federal Trade Commission also. I just want to see them stopped from scamming anyone else. Times are hard enough without being robbed like this.

      Ordered an electronic sweeper. Advertised as $5.99. They then charged me the $5.99 and 4 days later charged my card for $79 I disputed the charges. I called the company via the charge had a 1800 number. They claim I accepted some terms of service which I did not. They offered me a 50% refund. I told them no. I want all of it. I will be happy to return the plastic junk they sent me. They are scammers taking advantage of people.

      On 12/24/22 I received a text from ***’* **** stating that members could receive a robokleen vacuum for $5.99 free shipping. It never stated anything about an additional $71.99. I doubt anything will be done about it since it was an online transaction.

      On 10/5 I purchased a mini smart vaccuum for small spaces for $5.99 and 3 days later was charged $71.99. Upon review the charges are listed from a company named Broad economic Photography. A name completely different from my ****** search on the PO Box from the packing slip, which is listed as Digimax HD. I did not agree to any additional payments or subscription, simply a one time purchase. Please review amd advise as this practice is clearly deceptive and unacceptable. Thank you.

      On October 11,2022 I ordered a RoboKleen per an email I received for a survey and all I had to pay was shipping and handling. I paid $7.99 as the email and information stated. I have tried calling this company for 2 days in a row and have sat on hold for hours with no one picking up to answer. In looking at my bank account today, I was charged $66.97 on October 12, 2022, I did not authorize this and it does not state anywhere in their advertising that this charge would be happening. I can not even get a hold of anyone to dispute this charge with their company. Very disappointed that this company is operating in this way. I will be disputing with my bank.

      Purchase a sports cam online 10/3/22 and it specifically said I will only pay $7.99 shipping and handling. It never mentioned anything about subscription sign up. I check my bank account and that is the only amount charge. After a few days, 10/7/22, I look at my bank account, I notice a charge from the same company for $66.97. I look at my email receipt and it only show $7.99 and there isn’t anything mentioned about $66.97. In the email receipt and at the package receipt no company name listed and no customer service number listed so I email them, and they responded by telling me these: “The Action Cam was purchased for $7.99 along with a trial subscription to Selected Premier Discount store. The trial subscription to the store is free for 3 days after the initial sale. This is outlined in the terms and conditions of the Action Cam offer. If the customer does not email in or call in to cancel, the subscription to Selected Premier Discount is charged at the rate of $66.97. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product being sold, we do not accept returns and refunds are no longer possible once the trial period is over. Before I ordered that item, they never mentioned about subscription and they never gave me option to choose that, they also never mention about calling cutomer service to cancel ahead before they will charge us and they never gave customer service number on my email receipt. It is clear they are deceiving and scamming their customer into paying for shipping and handljng only but there is a catch and they automatically charge you on something you have no knowledge of. They deceive and scam their customers. Ty.

      Dear Digimax Cam, To Whom It May Concern, 1. I recently received a text from (**************) from a site *********************** *. I clicked on the site and it mentioned a free prize from a survey I completed. I would ONLY have to pay shipping and handling. 3. I entered my information 4. I just checked my account and I was charged for the amount of $66.97 on August 29th, 2022. 5. My account had another charge for the amount of $5.99 on August 24th, 2022. The total is $72.96. To conclude, I was told that I was going to pay ONLY for the shipping and handling and was given a promotion because I completed a survey. What can I do to get my money back? I will contact the credit bureau to inform them.

      08/22/22 was when I received the Action Camera from DigiMaxHD. According to the online process, I was only supposed to be charged $6.48 which they did so. And then took another $66.47 out of my account. No where did it reference that I was to be charged for anything other than the $6.48.

      Ordered actioncam01 on 5/18/2022 and was charged $7.99 for shipping as advertised. Camera was received and my credit card was charged $7.99. On 5/25/2022 I received another charge of $66.97 on my CC. Called Digimax customer support number *************) and was told the $66.97 was for a subscription that had to be cancelled within three days of order. There was no reference anywhere during the ordering process. I was advised the subscription was non-refundable. I also sent email advising I did not order the subscription and will not pay for it. Will dispute via credit card company also.
