      I ordered a camera that screws into the lightbulb. I paid $92 for the product and to ship it back. Now I can't get ahold of them. It always says you are calling outside of their working hours. I just want my money back.

      Today I received a home security camera from this address. I did not order this. I know absolutely no knowledge of it. I think somebody wants me to install this in my phone. I have never ordered anything from this place. My card was not charged. Yet it is addressed to me. I would like an investigation and this camera looked at. This place had no reason to have me in their computer never mind sending me a home camera

      Just received an alert that this company somehow charged my credit card for $129.95. Never heard of this company, never approved this transaction. This is pure fraud/theft. I am curious as to if there are other complaints regarding this company, and there is a P.O. Box associated with it, why aren't the local police staking out this PO Box and arresting the owner and/or user?

      This company put a charges on my account for $7.97, which is what I approved initially and then they attempted to put 2 more charges on my account one $76.87 and another for $67.95 without my authorization. Luckily my Debit Card company caught and rejected the charges. As to the product it was shipped without the required USB cable which would need to be supplied since the only port on the device is where you insert the C4 memory card. So basically the product is useless without the cable. I think these people got a hold of a whol;e bunch of defective products and are trying to dump them with a multiple billing scam.

      Ordered smartwatch from ***’s club ad. Turned out to be this no name outfit. They charged me $7.95. OK. Then they took $68.57 out of my bank account without my permission. I had to close Account. They sent me a watch that is Useless. This is Fraud. They still got me for $7.95. Close this place Down

      This email is in response to BBB Complaint ID ********, ****************************
      After looking into his order from us, we only see a approved order of
      $7.97, which was for shipping of a smart watch. There was no approved
      amount of $54.95 charged to the customer, which the customer is
      requesting a refund for. We cannot refund a amount that was never
      approved. Please have customer call their bank or have them show us
      where the that amount was approved. We look forward to the resolution in
      this case.

      This company put two charges on my account for $7.95 and another $67.95 without my authorization. So I contacted them, and they stated they could not find the history and would research it. So I contacted my bank, and they closed the card and are investigating, which takes up to 90 days. I was trying to get them to reverse the charge. Can you help?

      This company is taking money from my credit card without permission! First, it was $7.95 and then $67.31. I disputed the charge with my bank, and I received an email from "onlinecollectionstore" that &7.95 was being refunded. I never made any purchases. My credit card statement states the transactions are from YOURTRUEQUALITYFIREPLACE. I have disputed both charges and had my credit card cancelled and reissued by my bank. Today, I get a cheap watch in the mail with a packing slip that only lists the ** *** *****, Akron, OH ***** on it. To this date, the fraudulent $67.31 that was taken from my card was never returned. It is still being investigated by Visa for fraud.

      On March 5, 2022 at 10:22 am I received a message from my bank, ***** Bank, that my Visa Card (Ending in ****) was being accessed illegally by:

      Access Excellent Quality

      *** *** ***** ****** **** ***** *** ************for $56.95 that I paid on my cell phone. No! I do not accept this charge. ***** blocked the transactions so no funds were taken from my account. I had to void my card and have ***** Bank re-issue a new card for which I have to wait for a week to arrive.
