Additional Information for Featureassortmentdevice

On June 14, 2023, BBB investigated Featureassortmentdevice's business practices. This investigation was prompted by a large volume of complaints from consumers primarily stating that they clicked on an ad or link for what they thought was to purchase a product, most times only requiring payment of shipping & handling. Later, discovering additional unauthorized and/or unexpected charges to their accounts for unknown reasons. Some of those unauthorized charges are from an unknown third party.

Consumers also reported to BBB that they were not aware of any auto enrollment.  Items ordered were not of quality as described online. They appeared “cheap” and did not include instructions or information regarding the business.

Multiple telephone numbers provided for the business have been unsuccessful at reaching customer support directly. The business failed to provide clear information to consumers regarding any “terms and conditions” including additional charges outside of paying for shipping & handling or proper communication to consumers regarding returns.  

Prior to BBB’s investigation, BBB has made multiple attempts to contact the business regarding consumers concerns. On 6/14/2023, BBB attempted to contact the business regarding updating their BBB business profile. The business failed to respond or provide BBB with any information.  

BBB is unable to confirm the physical location of the business or its ownership.  Product shipping labels only give a post office box (PO BOX 19195, Akron, OH 44319). BBB urges caution when choosing whether to do business with a company whose physical location is unknown.  Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Featureassortmentdevice.
