July 2022 I paid Superior Drainage 200.00 to insert two washers into the faucet-the technician left with the right side -cold water side-not functioning properly-he acknowledged that it needed a small part and was to return the next day with the part and never did. This was over 2 weeks ago-I called the office and they sent out another technician who said he didnt know how to repair the type of faucet assembly I had. They told me that they would send the first technician after he returned from his vacation. He never came back. I called 3 times. Finally the supervisor called me and left me a phone message while I was working . I called him back twice in one day-the first time his VM was full and the 2nd time I left a message. The third time I called a few days later, it went to VM again. They have my money and I have a faulty cold water spigot. I want all of my money returned to me. I have to call someone who knows how to fix this and I have to do it soon. I also was told a receipt would be mailed to me and I have not received a paid receipt. I wrote a check, so I do have that copy from the bank.Customer response
