            I booked a set of rides with Anytime Taxi in *****, **** on August 4. It was for four separate rides for the **************** Weekend. The taxi service was set to pick up my dad and his friends and take them back and forth to the events in ************ (about 25 minutes away). I was required to pay $180 in advance. They took my credit card information and then said their machine wasn't working. They made me pay via Venmo to a "*********************." They never showed up for the rides, have refused to answer any of my calls and texts, and "*********************" has declined my Venmo refund request multiple times with no explanation. This company has to be a fraud, and it's absolutely ridiculous that they won't issue a refund or any reasoning as to why they never showed.

            I called about a ride to the airport at 5:00 AM, I paid them roughly $90 on a credit card and no one showed up or would answer the phone at 5:00 AM. That was 3 days ago and they will not answer my calls texts or voice mails. I looked on Yelp and it is full of people with the same story. I regret only that I cant give them less than one star
