I had set up an automatic shipment subscription with fully loaded (my mistake to begin with). My subscription order email got lost in my inbox and it wasnt until July 18 2023 I was notified by a previous address that I had a package arrive. I had moved a couple months prior and forgot I had even set up a subscription and forgot to change the shipping address. That same day I contacted fully loaded saying, Hi I thought I cancelled my subscription. Its not fitting the budget this month. Can I cancel and get a refund? The response I got was, Your next order isn't until October, your last order was in June and already shipped out obviously, so there isn't any recent order to cancel and refund. Can you be more specific as to what you'd like to do? I dont know how more specific I can be? The order was recent and was within the 30 days of their refund policy. So here we are almost a month out and still no refund. I am now being told i am out of the refund window. How is that my fault? Not only that but customer service is talking to me like I am a complete idiot and this is all my fault.Business response

This gentleman shipped product to an incorrect address that he provided. The package had shipped and delivered 4 weeks prior to him asking to cancel the order. The order can only be cancelled prior to shipment, which was 4 weeks prior. He asked for a refund, we explained our refund policy is that product must be returned to us within 30 days for a refund, as it is a perishable product. We extended this option to him to return the product for a refund, he never responded to the email.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: I asked for refund within 30 days. Youre statement is false, even if you go off the day the label is created and not when the item was shipped it is still with in the *************************************************************** acted stupid asking what order. What other order do I have that is recent (within 30 days) to refund? It doesnt take a genius to figure that out without a response. This is honestly the first time Ive ever asked for a refund with in 30 days that I am expected to respond so the service agent doesnt have to use their two brain cells and put two and two together.

As discussed with this gentleman previously, his order did not satisfy any requirement for our money back guarantee.
