Hello,We dropped off our vehicle to Waterloo Transmission on 11/** for a problem with our transmission. Everything was going smooth. They were communicating to us. They "supposedly" fixed our problem and we paid $**** On Friday, 11/** the manager texted my husband saying they had received the wrong part and the truck would not be ready for pick up. On ******** November ** we got a call from them that said that our truck had been sitting there since Friday ready for pick up and why we didn't pick it up. Which no one notified us. Last we heard they were waiting on correct part. So we went down on Tuesday to pick it up. The truck was not fixed. We couldn't even drive it down 500 ft it wouldn't shift out of 1st gear. So we took truck right back and dropped keys off and said this is not fixed. When we did finally talk to manager he said yeah the technician did say it wasn't fixed so why did it sit for two days with no one working on it and tell us to pick it up? They would have had to call us because they locked keys in truck for us to pick up so they would have had no way to get back in truck. They have a huge gap in their communication within their company. On ******* Nov ** my husband physically went in there since we had called and texted them multiple times with no response. They said they lost their programming company and they promised him they would call him with an update on Nov 3Oth. My husband said ok. Well Nov 30th came and went and no call back. My husband texted them today *** *st in the morning and no response. I then called and talked to receptionist and clearly stated how upset we were. She said they were in a meeting and would contact us after. They texted my husband and said we are reprogramming your truck this afternoon and then will test drive it. My husband responded and they still haven't responded back to him. This is absolutely the worst service ever and we have paid them in full already for "fixing" our truck.Business response
