      We purchased a vehicle from the aformentioned company on 1/16/2021 and even though we were initially satisfied that didnt last long the car started running funny(spitting and sputtering) within the first month and continued through the whole time that we had possesion of it. After pbeing told several times several different thins were wrong and even trying to get me to pay for repairs that finally resulted in me informing them that we cant afford a car that they have more than we have it.

      To whom it may concern:

      The ********** have had their ***** ******* in our service department 9 times since the date of purchase in August of 2021 until April of 2022. During those visits they paid a total of $138.51, the service agreement paid $1693.45 and we paid $1049.57 out of good will. During these visits *** ******** stressed concerns that the vehicle was burning about a quart of oil between oil changes. There was approximately 25,000 miles put on the vehicle during the period that they had the vehicle. We explained that with the fact that the vehicle had 145,000 miles on it that it was normal that the vehicle would burn a quart of oil over a 5,000 mile span according to ******* ******. We explained this to *** ******** and he was not satisfied with that answer. We believe that we went above and beyond in an attempt to rectify these matters and satisfy them as guests of ours. The vehicle was eventually repossessed after non-payment and no communication from the buyers after multiple attempts on our part to reach them. The vehicle is set to be sold at a repo auction in June and if the buyers would like to reach out to me to discuss a settlement they can call me directly at ************.

       I am rejecting this response because:they made no attempt to contact me or my wife after the car was picked up from the last service appointment where we informed them that since they weren’t resolving the problem that we would have to seek other means to resolve the issue

      I have bought several cars threw this dealership and never have been taken advantage of like this I need ******* to come back wherever she is, and I hope she has not left the company so she can straighten out this service department. I purchased a 2014 Chevy Sonic LT under warranty and 6 months after purchased engine service department had car for two weeks stating the engine needed to be replaced. Service department male was rude and had a attitude and did not want to answer when I asked when will car be ready and it was unfair that I couldn't be accommodated because they said they didn't have any tags. It was a struggle getting to work and some missed days. Did not get a loaner car and my car mirror was damaged was damaged when I picked up the car. A month late after car was suppose to have a new engine it is still doing the same thing it was doing before engine replacement and mileage on car is still the same which makes me question if the engine was really replaced because it is doing the same issues before they had it for two weeks. I put the car in the shop today and when I picked it up service people where gone and mirror was damaged even more it still have the same issues and the mirror was damaged even more to where it is hanging off. And what really angers my soul is that you they are preying on people who they feel are not competent enough to know about car when the oil was at 70% you tell my daughter it needed an oil change? and charge her for it when the engine is suppose to be brand new!??? I know your have to read this JDBNOW that's why you keep changing your name and I pray for the deceitful souls that said this engine was replaced!!!!!

      On Jan 8th 2022 I made my final payment on this overpriced truck. I told them let me know when I could pick up the title so I could sell the truck. I've spoken to a few different people about picking up the title but since we've gotten a few snow storms in cleveland Ohio. So on Feb 11, I called and asked if the title was there to pick up. I was told yes. So on Monday, Feb 14, I drove 45 min to pick up this title just for them to tell me they mailed it on Jan 28th. The lady in the shop also said that's something they usually don't do. So why would someone tell me it was there to pick and then one of the employees say it was mailed and we normally don't do that. Who gave them instruction to mail a sensitive document like that? I didn't and no I'm without a title and they don't have it. What am I supposed to do? Spend more money trying to get another one? What do I need to get another one? Proof of purchase? Some sort of receipt? I've been trapped by this place for over 8 years and when I'm finally done this happens. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE BY ANYMEANS!!!

We have since communicated and apologized for this shortcoming and have sent a gift card in an effort to make the situation right.        Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, although this doesn't correct the issue, u already purchased the title with my own money as the one that was allegedly sent to me was never received.  And we'll see if I actually get a gift card

      Payment options such as Mobile app and Website have been updated to non functional. App does not work and website will not let you login. The only way to pay without driving to a location is by phone in which they charge you a processing fee. They are making it impossible to pay.
