      22% finance charge for a 2017 car with a crdit score over 700 with 1500 down. The vehicle was also ****** mile. Price gaulging. I really should have went else where. But ****** learned will never do business with them again.

      I had the car in the shops more than I pay for it felt threaten every time I drove they complain about my miles every freaking time. In the shop every 6 months

      I have been telling the jd byrider in ********** ********* to stop calling me ever since I was denied credit over a year ago. And here we are a year later and still getting calls emails and texts. Even after I blocked there number. So I called them and once again asked to stop being called. This idiot told me It may take over 30 days to get the calls and such to stop. Hmm I asked over a year ago so they lie and just use other means to call and text and email you. I'm sick of this c*** JUST STOP AND LEAVE ME ALONE!!!! NOW!!!!

      You'd do better borrowing the money from an ex spouse. Came in to Ashtabula, Ohio dealership because i saw a car there. "No money down" all over the web page and the dealership, nothing about conditions applying. Supersize! everyone who goes there has to have money down. Not only don't they have the car i was looking for. The idiots make me drive down to Akron in one of their cars. When I get there the car has higher mileage than the one I was looking for (the scum bags never told me it was a different car than I came in to look at). Within 2 weeks the bad battery gave up the ghost. A simple inspection before the sale would have solved that. Also they won;t do anything about the check engine light that was one when I took the car off the lot. The scum bags also want to complain for lowering the insurance coverage while I recover from surgery and the car is sitting in my driveway collecting dust. If I wanted to be harassed for a payment being 5 seconds late and petty bull I'd still be talking to the ex-wife.

      I went to the Canton location in October 2023. I put $700 and a trade into my car. I had an unauthorized charge on my bank that I was fighting (I never had direct tv and well I just moved to Canton). The CNAC finance guy (*****) was blowing up my phone while I was working. I am not allowed to have my phone behind the bar because it is a distraction away from customers and it was a policy. ***** blew my phone up for 3 days when I told him I was doing everything I possibly could to get the charge off my account to make my payment. Not only was he rude sending me text messages in ALL CAPS, he was telling me to borrow money from someone. They had my car picked up from my house when my payment was 3 days late. Mind you when I called him to let him know I was going to take possession of my car I received a different total from him that was way more than what was sent to me VIA certified mail. ***** took the liberty of going through my car and all of my contents to write down what was in my arm rest. ***** then told me he took my license plate off the car and it was with my belongings. On November 14 I messaged him to let him know I was coming in to get my things because there was NO WAY I could afford the price he told me compared to what I was mailed. ***** never answered me back. Now we had several phone calls and messages. ***** knew I had items in the trunk and said they were not going to touch them, When I get there I was handed a little office paper box. Where was all of my laundry (3 baskets and a tote of king size sheets and blankets and $120 Kobalt tool set). ***** informed me then after telling me prior my items were not being touched in the trunk that the repo company cleaned out my car and "threw" my items away. Not only did he throw away hundreds of dollars of clothes, $200 king sheet/blanket set, a $120 tool set.......he "threw" away my deceased fathers hoodie that was my sons that was going to the laundry. My license plate is nowhere to be found. Lawyers???

      I went to JD byrider in ******** ******** on December 22nd of 2022 I was in need of a vehicle to keep my job I didn't even get to pick a vehicle they choose a ***************************** $400 down I paid it with my debit card then in the contract they said I had to pay $300 for the next 5 weeks so I paid $342 for 5 weeks then my payment went to ****** then I added the truck to my insurance and I brought my payment down to ****** this is bi-weekly mind you and they were taking payments in months that has 5 weeks so I was definitely ahead I received a letter stating you need to pay the $****** by October 9th on a Monday Columbus Day my job did not pay any employee until that Thursday even if I owe the ***** my payment payments were due on Thursdays the came to my job between that night or that morning and took my truck out of the driveway where I worked. Now mind you they sent that letter saying to pay that $****** on Sept 19th the truck's been in my driveway the store here and there and why come to my job I was never so embarrassed when I went out to put my bag in the car and it was gone. So I called the guy at JD byrider 608 ********************* ******** ******** the guy said he didn't know anything about itI called back the next day and he said your truck's here I said apparently it's not my truck they came and took it out of the driveway at my place and employment so from the 9th to the 11th my payment done went from ****** to over $1,000 then a few days later my daughter picked my belongings up and it done went from $1,000 to $1,259 and they said I was only 34 days late so for a month I would have been $239 * 239 around 478 so where do they get $259 at I know they had a lawsuit in 2017 to 2019they said people up for failure they didn't even try to work with me I'm struggling to get to work and keep my job and on my credit report it doesn't even show anything being taken off their like I paid nothing to this company. I'm reported to the BBB and an attorney

      We're buying a vehicle from Then they shouldn't even be called JD by rider. They should be called j. D rip-off anyways, my husband's buying a car from them. And when he first got the car, the headlights were shining on the ground and it took me 3 months to get them to fix it. And threatening with an attorney and demanding our money back if they did not fix it. And they could have the car back now. Mind you, this was in the 7 day. Grace. that they told us we had. If we wanted to bring it back we could and get a refund. Well, Lauren behold, we have a coat coming up on his car. That has to do with the transmission. And they're telling us. We have to pay for a dynastic code and if it's under waren't we, then they will refund the money which we all know. They're gonna wiggle their way out of it where they don't have to pay for it, but it's inside the transmission. Something is wrong. And I have 3 people who have checked it and said. It's the same exact code. I even have print outs of it. But they want to charge us for a diagnostic code and can't even tell us how much they said it depends on how long they hatattoo. Check in to what's going on with the car. Now we're stuck. Can't get any check or nothi. Would like to either make this right or give us a different car. And what we've paid on this car put it towards a new one. Or give us our money back for an extended warranty that we've already paid $2400 for because they're not honoring it.
