This company uses aggressive and misleading tactics to collect monthly fees for services that have no value or may not even exist. In reviewing one of my elderly mother's credit card statements, I discovered recurring charges from dailysavings4you with one of the phone numbers listed by BBB for this company (ending in 0402). I called and after considerable time on hold, spoke to someone who told me responded to some kind of promotion for a gift card and signed up for a "free trial subscription" to a service the person I spoke to wasn't able to describe, and that the service was not cancelled after the trial expired. I was not able to find any email record of this so I assume she responded to a call. Additionally, there were several duplicate charges. The person I spoke to said the subscription will be cancelled, but I will need to keep a close eye on the account to make sure it does. I don't know if what they are doing is illegal, but it is certainly deceptive and they prey on vulnerable people. Check your credit card statements carefully and be on the look out for recurring charges you don't recognize.
