I purchased a metal Building from **** * ******* company. After signing paperwork and placing my deposit of what was supposed to $197 deposit I noticed they took a higher deposit from my account of $205. I called and inquired and was told that they messed up my contract and would be sending me a new one and that my deposit had to be higher and that my payments on my building would also be higher. I told them this was not acceptable and I would like to review the new contract as this call was made on a Wednesday and the crew was supposed to show up on Friday to install (separate complaint filed for ******** ***** ********* as they never showed ip on friday and came unannounced on saturday and did not leave after they were asked to). I never received the corrected contract and when the crew did not show up on Friday I contacted **** and wanted answers or else just cancel the whole order because the experience was already going so terrible. He became very racist towards the crew and said that it’s not his problem he is dealing with ********. He was very inappropriate towards me and I had to actually ask him to leave my property Saturday 10/9 after the crew and him showed up unannounced a day late with no warning or call and I was leaving to visit my daughter who was home for college and I would not see her again until December. **** sent me several inappropriate messages which I will include and I could not believe this kind of business practice and conduct was being performed by the owner. I still have not received any updated contract so as far as I was concerned this project should have been canceled like I had requested. Instead they stayed on my property after being told to leave after I left and still installed a building without me being here. Install was done done correctly either.
