      I have sent multiple emails with no return email. I have called the representative multiple times with no return call. I have left voicemails, and text messages with no return. I have asked to get my gutters installed since January and have no date as to when this will be completed. I just need to know if this is going to happen or if I need to go elsewhere. I am asking for a response to my questions.

      Not sure why this complaint made it to the better Business bureau. We have resolved this issue as far as the gutters go. The roof was installed in a five-star manner. The gutters were unable to be facilitated because of backed up contractors due to all the storms and unavailability of materials. This was explained to Mr ***** and a refund has been issued.

      We signed 2 contracts. One in Oct 2020 (paid 3500.00) and one in Dec 2020 (paid 3600.00). Was told they needed all the money to order materials. The rep told us in Jan it would be 3-4 wks. That came and went. In Apr I was told again 3-4 wks and still nothing. Contacted the rep in Jun and was told the boss (*** ***** was out of town. Told the rep I wanted a definite date by Fri of that wk. Emailed the owner on June 25 and he responded a couple days later saying we were 4th on the list and a truck shipment was coming in 2 wks and once it arrived the shingles would be delivered in 2-3 days. Never heard from him til I emailed him again the beginning of August. He replied back with a date of installation on Aug 18. That didn't happen because of rain. I emailed him the following 2 wks with no response. Emailed him on Sep 17th. Told him we didn't want him to do the job and wanted our money back. He replied back that he would refund the money within 30 days. Haven't received it.

      I apologize for not notifying you sooner but we did receive part of our money back.  He fined us 25% of what we paid for cancelling the contract which I don't agree with but at least we got something back.  I still would not recommend this company.  Very unprofessional.

      This matter was resolved months ago. The customer was paid what they requested and cashed the check.
