I do not recommend this mhp. The landlord is not renewing leases and leaving people homeless. He just did this to my 77 year old mom and her sewage pipe is busted . She has been living there with sewage smell in her home. Her central air hasn't worked since last year. This is a terrible place to live and has left families with no place to. I am one of them with a 6 year old.this should not be legal but apparently is. We have no renters rights.

I lived here for one year,then the landlord refused to renew my lease due to I filed a complaint that he would not install my AC unit and its June/July. I went back and forth. So when I filed the complaint the owners responded that I knew when I moved in there was not a unit and they didn't have to supply one. Over 200 homes have AC units so why wouldn't I get one? But what the owners don't know is I have all my emails between Adam and I. 3 weeks AFTER I moved in I emailed him asking where it was he said in an email I'll check then he said it's been ordered then he said the installers had it but was on vacations, then he gave me the business phone number and told me to call them and thats when I learned they did not have the unit, in fact they could not find one. The owners don't know that and no one will give me an email to send them he emails to prove that if Adam did not lie to me all that time I would of never been complaining. I dug a whole dig bc of the flooding for a week and I go our every Saturday picking up trash around here. I loved my home and bc Adam got his feelings hurt he made sure I had to leave. Now it's my last month here and I was having my rent paid by someone else and he refused my rent then gave me a 3 day. How can he refuse my rent then give me an eviction. How is it any of his business How the rent is paid. He id just wanting to put an eviction on my record so I will not be approved anywhere. This is not right

We have been without a master bedroom toilet sense Saturday I called on Saturday January 1st and they came on Monday said it was fixed but not even 10 minutes after they left it started acting up again. Need I mention the office has not contacted me at all they never do at all they have done a walk threw mid summer and said they would replace he things they need to replace but still never did so currently we still have no second bathroom toilet the manager is lack there of when you need something fixed.......
