I was very confused on which way to write this review. I started thinking that I would give one star based on the original service that I had received and didn't fix my leak. Since then though I would have to give them a 5 star review based on the warranty department and the job that they had done. I was first given an estimate to fix my leak in my roof based on the vapor seal and water getting behind there and getting into my house. The company sent out a crew and they fixed that portion of my roof. The next rain however led to water still getting into my house. I called the company and they sent out their warranty crew the next day and found that the water was getting in from a different spot. They fixed this spot and and for that time being the water didn't get in. Well the next rain came and a new spot had popped up. I called again and the company sent another crew out and they found that there was a leak coming from another area that the siding people had failed to fix. They tore my siding off and fixed the problem. They put my siding back on and with the next rain storm, we had no leak. My 5 star rating is due to the warranty department, desk clerk and the president of the company calling to make sure that I was pleased and that the problem was fixed. What I have failed to mention is that they did all this work for the original estimate price. I cannot thank and praise the workmanship and professional mannerisms of the persons stated previously. Thank you again!
