I was two months late on a car payment and I have been before. I planned to call today 12/17/21 to pay off and car was repossessed. I called the branch and they said I had to pay the full amount on car to get back which is $4,219.27. I asked to speak to a supervisor and lady on phone Melinda said no, I asked why not she said they don’t want to speak to me. I requested multiple times to speak to a supervisor of any sorts and she laughed on the phone and said nobody wants to talk to you. I was willing to pay the two late payments of around $400 plus an additional $1000 and was told nobody wants to talk to you and laughed at and am currently attempting to take out a $5000 loan to get car back since they told me no and laughed at me.Business response
