Casa di Sassis website says Integrity, honesty, and quality. These are the timeless core values that Casa di Sassi was built upon. They lay the foundation for everything we do, including design, production and customer service. I have seen nothing but the opposite of that description. I selected Casa Di Sassis Niveo EZ Ledge because of the white color and texture of the stone. What I got was ******************* with a few white splatters on some pieces. Like someone took a broken air brush or didnt know how to use one and it put paint in one spot instead of covering the whole stone. The word Niveo means snowy or snow-white in Italian. There is no confusion that a stone named snow should be white. All the samples I was shown showed white stone with a smooth textured finish. What I got was nothing like the samples. All I wanted was a manufacturer rep to come and look at the stone. However, no one was interested in doing so and never has seen this stone. Instead I got excuse after excuse including it is really hard to make white stone. Then dont sell white stone if you cant make it. Im not asking for a custom speciality product. Im asking for the product you stock and sell as a standard offering. Im so disappointed in the customer service and response and quality.
