Colony meadows park 600 park st Archbold ohio. ***** ***** manager Hello, I moved here in 2017. I signed my lease saying my payment would be 650 month total for my home and lot rent. I found out when they raised lot rent (every year eith absolutely no improvements) they took money from my hose payment to pay the lot rent raise, making me have to pay longer on my home. I also became disabled and need a care taker so my son who was already approved to live in the park(he was living in my daughter's trailer) moved in to help me because I have no one else. He is also gay and the park manager calls him a f***** to other residents and has yelled it to my son in passing. I have had multiple things needing fixed and they refuse to fix them. I have mold in my closet and a rotted floor as well. They raise lot rent every year or every other at least and make no improvements. I found out not everyone pays same lot rent either. The park manager has yelled at me and has called me a b**** to my face. She doesn't return text when I need any help. The trailers are like 10 feet apart if that and some sit on cracked foundations, my neighbors does actually. She's trying to evict me because my son stays with me. I owe only 3,000 on my home and that's what they do, evict people right before payoff and resell the home again to make more money. ***** ***** wants my trailer to give to her park managers and I was told this as well by them and others. I think they also want us out because my son is gay. I am NEVER late on rent. My termination of lease that they taped to my door doesn't even say why they are doing this. I texted and asked her and she refuses to tell me. They also Fudge water meter readings for you to pay more because they do water through themselves now. I'm going to hire an attorney if I can so I can fight my eviction. Most people are bullied into leaving, I will not be bullied any longer. I think I really already own my trailer buy they refuse to give me printouts
