10/13/2021 I saw and ad on Face Book on oct. 14th for a free sample of X -Testo Testosterone support 30 days supply and I only pay shipping and handling cost of $7.45. I thought it would be worth a try and so I agreed to pay for a 30 day supply. When checking out they offered another product X Enhance for only shipping of $6.45. I declined i received one bottle of x enhance I tried the products for several days and they did nothing for me, but I figured that it was only shipping and handling, so I wouldn't worry about the costs. On nov 1st, my Credit card company contacted me alerting me to a potential fraudulent charges by this company as they were trying to charge me for 97.45 for one bottle and on nov 30th shipped out to me on an auto-shipment that I never ordered. Or recieved for $97.45 then again Dec. 29th and Jan 28th but this time i got a bottle of Xenhance. In total i got 2 bottles of X enhance which i did not order for $389.80 I called X testo on 11/1/ 2021 The man on the phone told me it was a 10 day trial and i didn't cancel i was not aware off that but i said if that was the case i guess they got me for $97.45 but i did not want any more . So they charged me 3 more times and sent 1 more bottle. I call them back on11/1/2021again on 11/30/ 2021 and again on 12/ 29/2021 once more 1/28/2022 and once more 2/4/2022 they only have one call on file 12/29 they hung up the phone and still didn't cancel until 2/4/2022Initial Complaint

Please cancel any and all subscription related to my name. I didn't authorize any automatic subscription. I do not authorize you to charge my credit card. I will be disputing these charges on my credit card. When I order the free samples I only had to pay shipping. I don't know how they can get away with these recurring charges.Initial Complaint

I saw and ad on Face Book August 24th for a free sample of X -Testo Testosterone support 30 days supply and I only pay shipping and handling cost of $7.45. I thought it would be worth a try and so I agreed to pay for a 30 day supply. When checking out they offered another product X Enhance for only shipping of $6.45. I received both bottles of the different products and X-Testo only had a 15 day supply in it and so I emailed the company and told them. They said to send them a picture of the bottles and I did, but then then never responded back to me. I tried the products for several days and they did nothing for me, but I figured that it was only shipping and handling, so I wouldn't worry about the costs. On Oct 11th, my Credit card company contacted me alerting me to a potential fraudulent charges by this company as they were trying to charge me for 97.45 for one bottle and another 96.45 for the other bottle to be shipped out to me on an auto-shipment that I never ordered.
