      We brought a furnace off of David white and I told them when my furnace is paid for they would put a heat pump in and they don’t want to put a heat pump in because I still have my dogs that I had when they did the furnace

      We installed an air handler and heater package in June of 2018 which worked and they paid for at that time.  We have not been back as they have not called us with a trouble call or to schedule maintenance.  Our installers in 2018 had reported that they had to wear respirators due to the negative air quality in the home due to multiple animals.  Ms **** called in May of 2022 and asked for a salesman as they would like a new heat pump now. We sent Matthew S******* on 5/5/2022 with the knowledge of the animal situation but even being careful there were too many animals for him to handle on his own and he was bitten more than once.  He counted 12 dogs and an innumerable amount of cats.  There was feces and urine everywhere and he told them we could not sell them anything further.  His injuries were not enough for us to call 911 but they were enough for us to not endanger our technicians further.  I'm not sure how I could refund anything as we did not charge them anything.  So I can only refund $0.00 which is what they paid for the 5/5/2022 visit.

      I bought a heat pump in August 2021 was to receive a $300 rebate. I had to have an electrician come & do work before they could install the heat pump. They came before the electrician came & we had to reschedule the installation. they didn't listen to me they told me they would give me notice before they came. They gave me no notice. The rebate was to be mailed to my PO Box address. due to I do not have a mailbox at my physical address. They (business)had it sent to the physical address so it never got to me. It has to go to my PO Box address. They filled it out. I did not fill it out. I am still waiting for my rebate of $300. they Business has to call ****** & get it sent to my PO Box since they made the mistake. It was not lost in the mail. They put the wrong address on the rebate refund form & must correct this. or give me $300 from them in cash. This has been going on for 6 months.

      As you can see from Mr. *****'s proposal no PO Box was listed.  We were unaware of a PO Box for many months and he called and used abusive language to my staff about his rebate which we reassured him was being processed.  Finally, he told us he had a PO Box but at first he wouldn't give it to us.  Eventually, he did provide it and we contacted ****** immediately and they responded with issuing a new rebate at that time to the PO Box.  You can see the communication below.  We have at all times done the work we were asked to do and billed the correct amount and done the paperwork to get him his rebate in a timely manner.  In spite of going above and beyond for him, he continues to call us and abuse and threaten us.  His complaint, if he has one at all, is with ****** and *** **********.  We cannot resolve past this point because it has been resolved.
