My complaint is that a deposit was not returned to me on behalf of my deceased uncle. ****** ****** reside at a Bremco property. I cleaned the property and turned in the key in April of 2021. The deposit still has not been sent to the forwarding address that I left with Debbie the property manager. She assured me that the deposit would be returned or credit to his nieces account neither of which has happened. I am listed on his paper work as his emergency contact. I was also his power of attorney. I contact George B**** the owner and he assured me that he would have someone contact me. This has not happened either. My mother died in Sept. of 2021 and she resided in a property of K & D properties. Her deposit was returned to me by the end of Oct. of 2021. This is not professional.Business response
