              Moved in June 2021 it's now February and had issues with appliances, water leaks. mold has been on bedroom ceiling since beginning of November. 2 weeks now garage door opener broke. Now another leak in livingroom from the roof. One bedroom is gets no heat. Been here almost 9 months and been constant issues. Havnt got chance to enjoy since moved In.

              We are disappointed to read about some of the issues you experienced since you moved into The Lakes Of Aurora. Our team aims to deliver exceptional service, and we apologize for falling short of these expectations. The cause of the original leak was identified and repaired, when reported. We have reviewed our service call records for the last week and we cannot find record of a reported leak. We will contact you to initiate the service request.With respect to the garage door, a contractor was called and it was determined the operator was functioning normally and no repair was necessary. Lastly, we have reviewed our service records since occupancy and we find no instance where trouble with the heat or appliances were reported . We will be happy to address your concerns when we speak about the new leak.Should you need additional services please contact us directly at ************.
