Hello, I purchased an overnight package at this spa costing a little over $400.00 in November of 2021. I've attempted to contact the business looking for a resolution and have not been successful. The room we stayed in was unable to be unlocked and we needed help every time to get in. The room itself was dirty with stained sheets and food spots on the walls. In addition, the furniture was damaged and not i good condition. The spa service we were told we were getting when i reserved the night was not part of the package and we ended up getting a lower service when we got there. When we visited the spa it was not clean and sanitary. The chairs and carts had things running down the sides. We had a rough experience in the dining room which was part of our package as well. Sadly for the high price of this stay there was no good experience. I would like to be reimbursed for the costs. Attached are the two payments made for the night on my credit card statement.
