****** charged for work not performed. Car brought in to Greenwood Chevrolet for Hard Top Frame coming through trunk of car. When car returned to me not only was Hard Top Frame still coming through back of trunk but Hard Top Frame coming through both sides of trunk tearing through covered sides. The only reason for bringing my car in to Greenwood Chevrolet was to fix the problem of the Hard Top Frame showing in the trunk. It was only recently ever seen in the trunk. The only reason I paid $1415.27 was to have the Hard Tor Frame returned to its factory position. In an attempt for the servicemen to fix the Hard Top Frame, they damaged the glove compartment cover and pulled the passenger seat cover out and left it not returned to where it covered the seat.At no time did they make me aware of the damages they had caused. This car body and interior was in mint condition when I turned it over to Greenwood Chevrolet. They seemed unconcerned that they had caused damage to my car. Car is a Cadillac XLR. One of the sedrvicemen did tell me this is a "Collector's Item.

The customer brought her XLR in for the Hard Top Convertible not operating at all. We found the battery faulty causing the top not to function and a few other maintenance items that needed to be addressed. She authorized repairs and we performed the work quoted. The top functioned as designed when the vehicle left here. In fact, the Service Manager and Service Consultant showed the customer how the convertible top operated before she took it home. The Service Manager has reached out to the customer, to verify her concerns and has not heard back from her yet. If there is an issue with our work, we will take care of it. It is possible that something else is going on with the vehicle, but we will need her to bring it to us to see what it is or rather what it is not doing for her.Review from Aubri M

Will never buy another car here. I paid 60,000$ for a 2021 Tahoe. 3 weeks after owning the vehicle the transmission light started to come on. I have since brought my ***** Tahoe in 6 times in 5 months for the exact same issue. *****/GM has not fixed the issue and do not know how to fix the issue on their own car they built. I have asked for Greenwood to buy the car back for what I owe and they refuse, but they will buy it back for 10,000$ less than what I paid for it. Let me reiterate. This issue begin 3 weeks after I bought the vehicle.I would highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Unless of course you like to throw your hard earned money away.I now have a car I pay 900$ a month for that has been in the shop the majority of the 6 months I have had it.Review from Alexis K

Had an appointment to have my car fixed and it sat in their service department from 8:10 AM until 4:00 PM and they did not even touch my car to start fixing it. On top of that I had an appointment for 830 AM. They also have zero loaner cars so this is now my second appointment to have my car fixed and now will be going back for a third appointment.
