On October 7th of 2023 I set up with this business a truck delivery from NY to FL. I set it up a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave and EA Pro Logistics was scheduled to pick up my truck and ship it to Florida. This was scheduled to happen Oct 20th a Friday. I had sold my residence in NY and that was the scheduled day I was to drive a U-Haul to FL and have this company pick up my truck and ship it to FL . On the day they were suppose to pick up the truck they contacted me and said that they couldn't find anyone to do the job. I had already paid them $150. The remainder of 750 was due at the time of pickup. The company never refunded my $150 deposit and has not returned my calls or communicated anything about the money they owe me. It was a HUGE and costly nightmare to try and find someone last minute to get done what I scheduled with this nightmare of a company to do a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave.Initial Complaint

I spoke with Bryan H***** 440-358-3222 and he sold me like a good salesperson would. I scheduled my trip to FL from upstate NY with me driving a U-Haul and EA PRO Logistics picking my truck up on the day I was suppose to leave. I gave 150 down and the rest was due upon delivery. THE MORNING I was leaving I received a call and text from Bryan saying that "due to unforeseen circumstances his company would not be able to ship my truck, period". He promised a refund of my 150. I asked if he could do it at a later time and he said no. I never received my refund of 150.
