6/15/23-7/6/23 Had a new deck built with Fortress PVC board which he told me had a 50 year warranty. Many details about that project were not done as planned or completed. Also replaced sliding glass door & sliding screen door. The screen door does not slide at all & falls off. The door handle I requested was not installed. I paid in cash because he said I would get a discount that way & that he would e-mail ********************** but he did not. I have sent many polite texts, phone messages, & mailed a self addressed envelope asking for a paper copy but no response. At this point I do not want him to return to correct the problems or a refund, I just want the paperwork. Thank you

Hello, I sent her numerous emails with receipts and warranties. the Door handle i gave her money back because it would not work for her door. I will work on getting the documents together for her again.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because:
I received an email showing one total amount that I paid, nothing itemized, no brand names, & a link to a company where I could fill out warranties myself. Since I do not know the manufacturer of the door or of the *** decking, I could not fill it out. Would be so simple to have these on paper & mailed to me. This has been going on since last July, so frustrating! Thank youBusiness response
