I would like to request intervention of the BBB to receive a response and an action plan related to warranty agreed upon related to installation of a new lawn in Sept. 2022. When I decided to go ahead with JLM Landscapes, I discussed with the company owner about what would be covered under warranty. He mentioned that if grass grew unevenly or if it did not grow in some spots, that more treatment and seed could be spread under warranty.I have been contacting them since early spring. They did respond back then, but they took a while. Response was that they would follow up on fall, as it is better to do the work then, due to temperatures and seasonal conditions.I sent another message about a month ago via their portal, to which I did not get a response. I finally called them yesterday, asking for an immediate response since spreading of seed is sensitive to temperature, and may not be optimal if temperatures keep dropping.I would appreciate the BBB's support to ensure the warranty work is done while temperatures are still acceptable for the grass to germinate before winter.Thanks in advance.Business response

This has just been brought to our attention. Spoke with client. Will be out to reseed grass on 10/10/2023.
