My wife bought 4 brand new tires in august 2021 just the other day I noticed a bubble on sidewall of tire we took it back these people for a replacement the guy named **** said it was probably the rim we took car to a mechanic and see said it wasnt the rim said it was the tire belt. Today called the. barberton car and tire. I told him I wanted the tire replaced immediately we kind of got in a heated argument. What boils down to we can not drive the car without worrying about a blowout when she first bought the tires he didnt want to give her a receipt. kinda shady practice of you ask me. His name was **** and I told him I was going to come and have him replace tire he said if I came he was going to call the police. This needs to be resolved as I cant afford another tire I only get ss once a month and the way the economy is. He got me really ****** off. Thats all I have to say.

The wife bought 4 brand tires about a year and a half ago. Recently amount a month month and a half the consumer stated there was a bubble on the tire. There is no warranty to cover this. You are unable to get a tire for free. Low profile tires, if a pot hole or anything was hit it could likely cause this. This is not covered by the manufacturer and the consumer never purchased a warranty. The cause is from the consumer, not a defect in the tire. Warranty covers defects in the tire. I have explained the over the phone. The consumer can receive another tire but can not get it for free. I did not argue with the consumer. I would not do that.
