Excellent experience!I hired **** recently to represent me on the Sellers Side of a reality transaction for our second home in ******** ********. We saved at least $6,000. He did everything you would expect as a sellers agent to do minus the photos and description of the property, he also helped me navigate the process. I will never sell a home the traditional way ever again. **** was great to work with, and his communication was great. He knew when to take the lead on things, and he helped guide us through the process. Don't hesitate to use Kermath Realty. The savings are well worth it, especially if using services to both buy and sell, which we did. With savings of almost $15,000 between both transactions, it's simply a no-brainer! Communication is consistent and reliable with responses given in a timely manner. I highly recommend Kermath Realty! This is the 2nd time we have used this service to sell our home and had another seamless process - listed and closed in less than 30 days. We selected the full-service option saving ** $16K+ on commissions. **** is knowledgeable, professional, responsive and a superb negotiator. **** was extremely easy to work with and saved us $11,000 in commissions. As you already know, the tradition 6% commission real estate model is both absurd and quickly being dismantled. I cannot recommend **** and his Flat ******************* enough. You will save not only thousands of dollars but hours of wasted time on the phone with realtors who have no interest in your goals and are only thinking of their payout. Use **** and list for a flat fee, it will, without a doubt, be the best real estate decision you have every made.Review from Todd L

Kermath Realty is very easy to work with and saves you lots of money. Smooth setup and quick turn around. Can do almost everything yourself or you can leverage Kermath Realty as needed. If only Kermath Realty could solve the problem of paying the Buyers Realtor who does absolutely nothing for the Seller, it would be the perfect service to sell your home. Found **** online as I was looking to list my home. There were other MLS companies but **** was local so it made me more comfortable. He was very professional and always got back to me. He was such a great help. We listed my home on a Monday and I got an offer on Wednesday and I signed the contact on Friday. Within one week I had my home under contract and the deal was closed in 30days. I will always refer and will use **** when I decide to sale one of my properties. Thanks ****Review from Nicholas H
