On August 17th, 2021 I scheduled an appointment for a consultation at the Parker Skin Aesthetic Clinic of Beachwood, with Dr. S********. I was interested in having veneers done to improve my smile and Dr. S******** recommended a system he invented called "Pro-Veneers". During my consultation, Dr. S******** provided me with a physical demo of the system, placing a veneer on my current smile. He claimed I would only require 4 veneers and he would guarantee them for life against cracking or chipping. If at anytime the veneers chipped/cracked he would fix them at no charge. Dr. S******** also offered to discount one of my veneers, if I allowed him to photograph my transformation for media usage. I agreed to the terms and scheduled an appointment for the following month. On September 10th, 2021, 4 veneers were installed. Professional photos were taken and I was initially very happy with the results. On October 12th I experienced my first issue. In less than a month, one of my veneers completely crumbled/fell off. A new veneer had to be constructed. The procedure was rushed and Dr. S******** didn't use the pro-veneer system. He made me aware that he had to catch a flight so the level of service and attention was rushed and unprofessional. My veneer was a different color and shape than all my others. On October 26th, I experienced further issues with my new veneers and had to return for another rebuild/touch-up. Once again, I felt rushed and noticed that the veneers looked drastically different. On December 3rd I returned for another veneer rebuild; a different veneer completely lifted and fell off. Dr. S******** admitted that my veneers were done incorrectly by him and suggested consulting his colleague; Dr. S******** is retiring on 12/23/21. I am demanding a refund! In less than 3 months, 50% of my veneers fell off/were completely replaced. I have contacted Dr. S********'s office multiple times and no one returns my emails or calls. This is unacceptable!
