              I do not recommend Homewatch Caregivers in Beachwood, Ohio. The caregiver also known as a nurse aid was supposed to keep an extremely close eye on my Mother who had congestive heart failure. The caregiver looked half awake and half asleep when she arrived for the 9:00 p.m. to 9;00 a.m. shift. She talked on the phone a lot. How can a caregiver keep an extremely close eye on a 90 year old woman when she is talking on the phone or sleeping? She was supposed to make sure that my Mother was safe and ok. I was truly disappointed.

Our caregivers receive training through Homewatch CareGivers University, an online professionally developed learning management system designed to train, inform, and support employees. Additionally, all caregivers receive regular reviews by their supervisor. This is designed to better ensure that high-quality care is provided in a safe and nurturing setting for both client and caregiver. Finally, Quality Assurance checks and routine touch point calls facilitate the implementation of the coaching and training that the caregiving staff receives.
