We were seeking an estimate for a bathroom renovation that would involve repair also. The company came to location and took measurements and assessed what would need done promising an estimate would be provided. This took place on 01/25/2022 and they charged a $99 service call fee which was paid that same day by check which has cleared the bank. No estimate was ever provided. We called the company on 02/15/2022 to inquire about the missing estimate. They explained company had been affected by COVID-19 illness and it would be coming in a few weeks. Time passed, still no estimate. We contacted them again on 05/10/2022 asking for a refund since no estimate was ever provided. No answer and call has not been returned.Business response

**** ******* called and stated customer has been refunded $99.00. She said they did try to call several times but they were unable to reach anyone at the number provided and they do not leave messages.Customer response
