My wife and I purchased a set of 8 chairs from this dealer and when they arrived we noticed they did not have two plugs that cover the screws on the tops of the chairs. We had already paid for the chairs and took delivery after the dealer promised us that he would order the two plugs and have them shipped to our home. That has been over a month ago and every time we call the store, they tell they us that they are aware of the problem but do not give us a resolution, return our calls or give us a status of the order.Business response

BBB took business response by phone.
They did get the caps for the chairs. I got him 4 as a just incase. It just took a bit of time for them come in. I did call and leave the consumer a message today to verify they did pick them up. If they didn't we do have extra inventory that we ordered to have.
