In 2018 I purchased 4 new tires on my van at Voss Toyota. With the purchase of all the tires, it came with a lifetime tire rotation. I always have my van serviced there and trust they do exactly what I ask them to do. My neighbor noticed my front 2 tires were worn down pretty low, so I reached out to them to ask about the warranty on the tires. The first person we spoke to couldn't locate any information regarding my van in the system (not sure if this specific area was limited on what they could see on their end or what), but ultimately they asked me to come in to have the tires looked at and to ask for *****. So I went to there and asked for *****. I offered to him that I would call Yokohama about the warranty since I knew they were busy. I did this, and Yokohama does not deal directly with the cus***ers. I called and left a voicemail with ***** to let him know this. The following week I showed up for my already scheduled oil change. I asked for the tire rotation and I asked ***** if he'd called Yokohama yet (he hadn't). I get the van serviced and I load my child up in the vehicle to go home to get my other child off of the school bus and I do a little walk around of the van, and I can see my tires were not rotated. How they can be rotated and still have the tires in the same location beats me. So I call and ask to speak to the supervisor. I explain to him about what's going on with the tire rotation not being done and the tires. He says he will call Yokohama and see what can be done. He calls them and calls me back and says they won't cover the tires until they're showing wires. I ask them what they're going to do about it because they've failed to rotate my tires (which he called me a liar over, but if they didn't rotate them this time, how can I trust that they've done it over the past 4 years). He gives me a line to his boss (*** ********), but it was not his line and no one has called me back.
