      We stopped by this store yesterday. There was a frenchie puppy as cute as it was this dog needed medical attention! The lady we mentioned something to gave no cares! The frenchie had such horrible diarrhea and even had a lot of blood in it! I mentioned this to her & all she did was wash the tray! Didn’t even clean the grate they walk on! These babies are all from Puppy Mills! It’s awful!

      I am sorry you feel that way just so you know are puppies from reputable breeders. As the employee stated we are aware that there was blood in poop. The puppy had been seen and was on medication for the problem. All our puppies are well taken care of and even spoiled.

      The owner is a liar! We have NEVER spoken with the owner. The closest we’ve come to speaking with her is this VERY google review response right here. The paperwork shows from the store she was diagnosed with kennel cough and needed the medication for the kennel cough, which she was NEVER given. We verified this with they vet! The contract states 72 hours for a refund. ******* was adopted at 7-8 PM on a Friday. You and I both know that no vet offices are open on a weekend where they can take a new dog for a wellness visit. So ******* was seen on Wednesday (which is 72 business hours) from the day she was purchased. We were absolutely never informed about air conditioning and this is a complete and udder lie to even attempt to blame this on the dog moving to air conditioning. So you’re telling me the store doesn’t have air conditioning? Because I know that is a lie. Also, how do you assume that we have air conditioning? You have absolutely no idea our home environment. so I’m not even going to acknowledge more of that than this. I begged the vet to advise how sick pancake was on a scale of 1-10. She advised she was on an 8 and her chances of surviving were very slim. We chose to euthanize ******* because she was suffering and we financially couldn’t afford more than what we already had spent on her, which was $6000.00 The vet said herself that she would NEVER let us euthanize her if there were chance of survival. You did attempt to give my sister another dog. Because dogs are so irreplaceable huh? You’re giving them away instead of a refund like they’re nothing. We didn’t want ANOTHER sick dog. All of your dogs are sick and all of your reviews show this. The owner of this store knows just as much as we do how BS this is and is hiding behind a google review instead of reaching out directly. We have reached out to the BBB and we have reached out to WHIOTV investigates because they have done these types of investigations on other

      Mrs. F**, We understand the frustration and the heartbreak your sister must be going through. We did contact your sister several times via phone and email. Yes, ******* was diagnosed with Kennel Cough on May10th of this year and was treated for it. ******* had a shot to prevent Kennel Cough on 8/10/22. ******* was not diagnosed with Kennel Cough on 8/10/22. We also offered to give your sister another puppy to help ease some of the pain and unfortunately your sister said no. your sister did sign the contract stating no refund. When a puppy goes home from Friends, we do explain that the dogs are used to warm condition because of bath time and if the dryer scares them, we dry them the best we can and let them rest and dry. They are not use to air conditioning. So, coming from a warm environment to a cool or cold environment can make them get a cough. No where in out contract does it stated a refund will be given. It states that 72 hours of purchase (3 days) outbreak illness warranty provided by Friends love puppy ( parvo, distemper, giardia, coccidia, kennel cough, leptospirosis, adenovirus) Friends Love puppy will not cover any illness after the 72 hours have passed. According to the medical records your sister provided the doctor stated that ******* was getting better. ******* had a slight cough and depressed. Your sister chose to euthanize *******.

      If I could give this place NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD. 1. OVER PRICED FOR A GERMAN SHEPHERD. 2. The poor puppy has had stomach issues since I've gotten him. He's literally peeing out of his butt. 3. I should have known something was wrong when I walked in this place and all the dogs were depressed. 4. The owner and the lady at the front were SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Saying "it's not my problem. You purchased the dog at the agreed price" which yes I did. But I didn't think people would scam me. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

      As stated in the contract you signed, initialed, and agreed to, "There are NO REFUNDS for a purchased puppy." You also signed agreeing to the price set by Friends Love, LLC. These were all voluntary actions from you.

      The male German Shepherd puppy was bought February 6, 2022 and you did not contact us until February 21, 2022. As stated in the contract you signed, initialed, and agreed to, "From 72 Hours of purchase, outbreak illnesses (Parvo, Distemper, Giardia, Coccidia, etc.)." This was, again, a voluntary action from you. By the time we were contacted about the male German Shepherd puppy, it had been over two weeks from the original transfer of the puppy. There was nothing Friends Love, LLC. was legally obligated to do, and we still paid for your vet bills.

      At the time of the sale, the male German Shepherd puppy was healthy and fit to go home. As Dr. ******* ******** the Veterinarian you took the puppy to, told you and staff at Friends Love, LLC., this was not Friends Love, LLC.'s fault.

      The puppies in our care are not depressed and our staff here at Friends Love, LLC. treat and love the puppies like their own kids.

      In regards to your statement about the staff being unprofessional, the staff at Friends Love, LLC was trying to tend to your needs to the best of our ability, while still being within our store's/contract's guidelines. Unfortunately, the situation escalated when verbal harassment and threats were made to staff members and customers at Friends Love, LLC.

      Although we try our best to put the customer first, we value our staff, puppies, and all other customers in the store, and will do what is best for the overall wellbeing of everyone here at Friends Love, LLC.

      Except your young cashier at the front said you would honor the vet bills if I called and schedule the apt within a week. Which I did. Secondly you send me to your vet who diagnosed the puppy with parvo- and the vet said it would be 20,000 worst case scenario and he had to be hospitalized. The vet CALLED YOU before ever notifying his owner. Secondly no threats were made other than reporting your company for scams and potentially puppy mills. Also I consulted with other vets and his vaccinations were before the age limit. Vaccines in puppy's are 6-8 weeks not 4. It's also sketchy the breeder is the owner of the puppy store. When talking to multiple people of this disheartening situation they said you guys run a puppy mill and see vans of dogs coming and going. I will never do business with you again. There are also puppy lemon laws as he was purchased as a companion. This is so sad and I hope you are never able to scam anyone again. Also your vet is out of regulation by contacting the store before his owner and telling me my dog is going to die and I had to leave their clinic.
