I had an appointment for an eye exam and glasses on 7-26-2024. On 7-25- 2024 I recieved a text saying that due to an unforeseen emergency with the doctor this appt. was cancelled and that they would call me to reschedule. Over a week has gone by and I have heard nothing. A call to the business was basically pathetic to say the least. A Mickey Mouse club business.Business response

The doctor had and emergency that we had to cancel his appointment and we did call him to reschedule but he did not answer so we left him a voice message on Aug. 6th. to reschedule. enclosed you will find the documentation that is electronically dated.
It is unfortunate that he feels the way he does, so we wish him better service (from his point of view) elsewhere.

I waited twelve days for the business to finally call me to reschedule the appointment. Twelve days. Of course I had to look elsewhere. This caused a lot of problems for me and the company doesn’t care at all. I hate dealing with arrogant people.
