    The issue started on 11/15 I called for a tow bc my car wouldn’t go over 35mph without shaking loud noises I had check engine lightening bolt warning light start stop unavailable light it took them till 11/16 to get my car While they had car they hardly provided updates when I would call they wouldn’t get back to me to where I had to drive out of my way to go up there to speak to someone after a month they told me my warranty that is only good for certain miles/yearscovered everything besides fuel injectors/spark plugs so I had to pay 2159.74 out of my pocket not including what my warranty covered I got my car back 12/29 & was nervous to drive it due to if something were to happen again & I wouldn’t have a warranty anymore so I had it parked until I went to go take it back to them because my hood wouldn’t close properly when I got it back and they were to fix it I let my car warm up had the same issue with same lights on had to get towed again out of my driveway From 11/15-2/13 I only put 145mi on it shouldn’t be having this issue after 3 mo 145mi & paying the amount I did After going to shop I asked to speak to manager bc we once again weren’t getting responses over the phone had to physically go there 35 minutes away I told him obviously the issue wasn’t fixed he was not helpful told me “it wasn’t that big of a deal that I already had the car for 3 months obviously what they did worked” which isn’t true bc no matter how many mo/mi I shouldn’t be having this issue again 3 mo later He tried to blame me saying when I drove it a wire could’ve came out when I was driving if that was the issue then why did I have to pay all this money to begin with for fuel injectors I called the other day got no response until 2/22 saying my ECU is bad just confused how this happened I had to pay money for something that did not need fixed in my opinion I am disappointed I want my money back because they can’t fix the issue properly the first time have more to say call me **********
