We hired Pavers By Design to install a french drain, tear out our old deck and create a beautiful new patio space. Our experience with this company exceeded our expectations on all levels. The honest quote (unlike others), the quality of their work and the diligence that got the whole job done in under 4 days was impressive. The owner (Vance Plumert) has integrity and a great work ethic that’s very hard to find these days. Thanks guys! Our patio looks great!Review from Chris T

Vance and crew did a great job from start to finish. Vance was always on time from the initial quote to completing the job. His price was considerably less than the other 2 quotes I got from large, "reputable" area landscape companies. Super pleased with our new firepit area. Vance, and his entire Team, are professionals. I have used many contractors over many years and Vance is by far the best person I have worked with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and transparent. He guided me through the design phase by understanding how we wanted to use our patio area. He provided options on design and features. He brought stone samples to our home to let us see how it matched the house. He really put the extra effort in upfront to make sure we would be satisfied. One of the most impressive things was the work ethic of his crew. They are very hard working and efficient....I couldn't believe the amount of work they accomplished in one week. Lastly, I have to say that Vance is committed to his customers. I have had him out to the house/or have called him on the phone many times since the completion of our job. He is very responsive and stands behind the workmanship he/his team provides. Call him....you won't be disappointed!Review from Lauren T.

From start to finish, it was a pleasure working with Vance and his crew. Pavers by Design built us a beautiful paver patio addition next to our in ground pool and screened in porch and we’ve already gotten so many compliments on it! Vance was wonderful to work with and to talk to. Very easy going and worked with us on a creative solution around ensuring proper water drainage to the new patio space. His crew was excellent. So genuinely nice and friendly and very hard workers and are amazing at what they do. Would work with them again in a heartbeat.Review from Austin K

We have worked with Vance and Pavers By Design on dozens of pool projects over many years and have always had a phenomenal experience, making them our top hardscaper that we recommend to our customers. The Pavers By Design team is professional, economical and produces amazing, high quality projects time and time again for us, not just around the pool, but around each home in general. Vance has done an especially good job navigating difficult supply chain issues and material cost fluctuations during the Covid era, keeping customers (and us contractors) up to date. We hired Vance to redo our back patio and he completed it in December 2017. He came back in the Spring of 2018 to power wash the patio because it had a white powdered look to it. After power washing it, he never came back to re-sand the cracks. He said he did, but my surveillance cameras show otherwise. The cracks filled up with weeds and looked terrible. I had to hire another company to re-sand and seal the patio. Now I have under step lights that he installed that don't work and he won't return any calls. His customer service sucks. Won't recommend him to anyone. Don't use him. He won't fix any problems.
