Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes with only 2 people in front of me after 730p. They took my order, didn’t reply my total back, I waited patiently for a few minutes before moving up to the window, I sat there and I never saw anyone in view of the window for 10-15 minutes as I waited patiently. I tried calling and no one even answered the phone. They could have at least acknowledged me and let me know the situation as I waited so patiently in line for that long. I believe the same thing happened to the person who was in front of me at the time. They weren’t taking any more orders behind me as people were just driving past me as I sat at the window. Ordered Jr bacon cheese burgers and a bunch of other stuff, but jbc were the issue. We got them and all they had was tomatoes mayo and cheeseburger. All doors were locked so we had to again battle traffic to get the order corrected. We then pull up to the window to let the cashier know the issue. We told her that they were supposed to be jbc but they had absolutely no bacon. She then proceeded to tell us that she didn't like the tone we had and refused to correct the issue. We then asked for a manager and she then shut the window pulled out her phone and called someone instead of saying I'm sorry for the issue one sec let me go get her. The level of customer service that we received from a customer service job was absolutely astonishing. This will be the last time we ever go to the bellefontaine wendys. Turns out through all the struggles we got to eat cold food.Review from Connie S
