    The worst experience I have ever had in all my years (age 50)! Customer support is Criminal! When using them to pay for an item won on gunbroker.com you may get an error message that reads "error, the transaction did not process, please try again and if you continue to get this message contact support." After getting this and following those directions it will "process". Later you will receive a message that both charges to your account are pending. If you contact them they will advise you to wait and tell you it should not process both since it's for the same item number. Wrong! They deduct both pending charges and then say it was user error and not theirs. They will then tell YOU to work with the seller to get the funds back and give you a list of things you need to get the seller to do. After, they will send you an email that they notified the seller of the error. I then received a final message saying that the funds were to be placed back into my account or being processed back into my account. They never get deposited back into my account and when I contacted them again they act like they never heard from you before and want you to prove it by sending them the transactions numbers, the accounts this is referring to, bank statements, etc. After doing this and sending the bank statements they will not return your emails. I have been waiting almost 4 weeks since my funds were taken! If you open new claim tickets they will close and merge with the old even though they act like they have no clue about previous communications. Any and all requests for supervisors go unanswered. If you ask any questions they go unanswered as well. 1 star is too much. Why is there not an option for zero? DO NOT USE GUNBROKER.COM'S GUNBROKER PAY SERVICE!
