Bought their Cord Air Intake #****** through a third party on ****** on 02/05/22. They in turn bought item from them originally. I have nothing but issues with the install. I contacted them and they responded on 02/10/22. Mr. **** ****** wanted all the info on it (where I bought it). etc. I sent 16 photos of the issues I was having and he said the company would looked into it. After 2 months and 12+ emails they decided they could not help me. Their product states it would fit a 300 C of which they haven't made that car in years. I have the 300 S with the 5.7 V8 as stated it would fit. They dragged their feet till 04/04/22 and would NOT refund my money. I am beyond the 30 day return policy of the third party that I originally bought it from. He knew this because I sent in the Invoice of sell in an email in Feb (on this complaint as well). And NOW they will only agreed to cover PART ONLY and I could return it BUT I would have to pay for shipping. I have ALL the emails from **** ****** in response to my problems I have now.Business response

Hello,
We have reached to *** ******** on 5/3/2022 and let him know we would make a one time concession and refund him the full amount including taxes even though he had not purchased the original product from us. Our process has been to work with the individual or business that the product had been purchased from and request a solution from that party that the product was purchased (example in this case ******). In addition we are paying for the shipping to return the parts to us. *** ******** has agreed that once he receives his credit he will contact the BBB and remove his complaint. If there is any other information needed please advise.

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. BUT it was 2 weeks before CREDIT was sent to me. I was it would be sent on 04/06/22 BUT instead sent 04/13/22. I was disappointed since I was told this and it didin't happen.
