In November of 2020 Puchers installed carpet and laminate flooring in my home. I was told per the contract that one company would be sent to install my flooring. I had several contractors in my home installing the floor. In 2021 and 2022 I had contacted Puchers stating all the issues that were wrong with the install. After several attempts for them to correct the issue they finally sent a contractor over to fix the issues. This contractor didn't fix any of the issues he actually caused personal property damage (pulled up my carpet to cut wood in my office, smeared his blood on my walls, spilled a candle in my bathroom, used his nail gun in my flooring leaving nails sticking of my floor, broke my pantry door etc.). They used packaging from the flooring to level my floor instead of leveling compound. I finally got a hold of the owner Evan Pucher who came over and he was very dismissive in trying to correct my problems and there was no compensation for my personal property damage. To this date Puchers has not been unable to resolve my issues. I still have nails sticking out of my floor, there are rooms my child can not even enter for safety concerns due to the damage that occurred, all the quarter round is wrong, wrong thresholds were installed and now causing carpet damage. Part of the contract was for them to remove old tile and level the floor before install. That wasn't done correctly and the floor is drooping, they still haven't been able to fix it correctly. It will cost me thousands of dollars to repair these damages. I want refunded since the contract was broken.
