On 12/10/2021 we took our 5 year old pug in for bladder stones. Somehow through the night he passed and the vet wasn’t sure why. She claimed it was a blood clot. On 12/11 we picked up our deseased dog and we paid Rolling Hills Veterinary with a **** credit card. The invoice total was $439.60. Our bill reflected a customer credit of $77.40. Instead of being credited we were charged the $77.40. The credit card was charged $517.00 instead of $362.20. After a couple calls to the office they finally are refunding me the amount that we were over charged. I asked about the credit and if that could be applied this time. No one in the office can tell me where this credit came from. I’ve talked to the vet( Dr. *****), techs, secretary and even office manager. The office manager is guessing, that the techs probably messed up and took medicine off and gave us a credit, however she’s claiming she can’t give that credit to us, even though it’s clearly on our bill. Not only am I in complete shock from losing our young dog so suddenly, but now I have to argue over the balance.
