    I have been going around and around with the insurance company and can not get a real person to speak to. I have a broker who set us up with this company and she can not figure out where things went wrong. Back in February of 2023 I signed up for this insurance, giving a credit card for my husband's business insurance and a credit card for my son's insurance. After that initial month every payment was taken out of my son's account without authorization for both insurances. They claim it was because we had the same email account on file which I had never heard before and was never notified about. Then I get an email in November stating that if I don't make changes within fifteen days the insurance would stay the same and renew. March of 2024 I get an email saying that their insurance was not renewed because I did not renew it even though the previous email said it would automatically renew. That's when I noticed the wrong billing from the wrong credit card that had happened the whole previous year. I cannot get a clear description of what the insurances cost and what the amount is that they're taking out of the card. Since then I was told to switch the emails to 2 separate emails. I updated a card for my husband's business insurance as well and now this month the payment was taken out of the wrong account (the original account that they were supposed to take it out of in February 2023). On top of it now, my son's insurance is being taken out on the 8th. Both my husband and sons is taken out on the 21st and then my son's is taken out separately again on the eighth so now i'm being double billed but nobody can help me and nobody can tell me why and nobody knows why.

    I have lost my business due to fire damage. I have been dealing With Coterie Insurance since September. Its almost been 6 months i still have not received no payments. I have left several message and they neglect to call back and update me on my claim. I find this company so unprofessional how they handle there business. I also send out email and no response neither, this company is the worst to deal with.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to the feedback provided by our customer. As of 2/20/2024, we spoke directly with the customer and agreed to a claim settlement. Payment has been requested and our customer will receive their settlement shortly. While speaking with the customer, we explained the timeline of the claim and how we came to settle on the resolution of the claim. We had an open dialogue and apologized for any confusion and communication delays. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and fair claim resolution to all of our insureds.
