I am giving this a one-star review because there is no option to give ZERO stars! I am very disappointed in this company and the way they handle their business and fraud claims. And after reading all the reviews I can see that I am not alone. I do not recommend this company to anyone looking for a paycard company to use personally or for their business. I believe there is inside fraud happening and the managers and owners will have all the excuses as to why the transactions are not fraud. Please stay away from this company, there are plenty of options out there and this company should not be in business.Review from Greg T

Gave me the wrong account information for direct deposit. Caused my pay to be to weeks late. This was the first time. Called again to make sure I got the correct account number. Low and behold, it's wrong AGAIN. Another 2 weeks without pay. Scam company. Asked for my conversation transcripts, told me they cannot give it to me. Liars as well. I have been waiting for a check from rush card for the past 4 months I was told I would receive it by December 4th 2023 that's over a month away and I still have not received my check and the amount of $300 I tried to call him all the time I get a busy signal then I try to email it goes to go to bank go to bank so they have nothing to do with RushCard so I'm trying to find out how to get a hold of them and nothing worksReview from LaDiedra h

This company needs to be shot to **** in a handbag. Very rude and unprofessional I have been fighting to get my son pay they wont transfer his money or give us solution as to how to get his money.Review from Javier M

Its been over a month since I've been doing a dispute and they will not return my money back. Dispute keeps getting denied and always say there was no error. I received a letter and it states there is no error. I requested copies of their research and this was denied. How does this company run? They steal people's money. So now no one can return my $3k. Seriously? And it s not BBB accredited.Review from Diane A

They overcharge at restaurants and salons of any kind. They decline transactions at most gas stations, ******, along with some grocery stores. After calling them eight times since October they have yet to give me now $40 that they took from me. You have to call only to give them your full name, 16 digit card number, last 4 of social, full address, and your full birthday. Then they want to lie and say that you need to call the gas station, ******, and the grocery stores before you check out to verify if they accept ****** Pay card. It's a **** card of course they accept it!!! Worst way to get paid!!Review from Sholanda M

If it was up to me they would've got a star at all.. Rushcard to my money and will not give it back.. $329.59 I've contacted corporate and they are useless... contacted Mr r*** and he said nothing.. these ppl are thieves and need to get locked up. Rushcard has been holding my tax refund even after I have sent in my personal information more than once. This is ridiculous. I really need my money. I have been with rushcard since 2019. Rushcard has been holding my refund and is under 10 thousands whats going on Im a mother of 5 kids and I have bills etc this is so sad
