I hired PHC to do a 20k window siding trim soffit fascia gutter install job Nov 2021. To date they still have not done the job. They are not returning my calls, texts, or emails. In addition they are refusing to return the $7500 deposit in contradiction to their owns terms. Attached is an account of contact or lack there of and result with PHC to date.Customer response

Problem:
I hired PHC in November 2021 for what was ultimately renegotiated to be a simple 17 window install w/ aluminum wrap of exterior window framing plus siding removal and replacement with vinyl siding. Installation of vinyl soffit over existing, new trim throughout, new fascia, new seamless gutters, spouts, and on a mere 1200 sq ft house. The BBB review forum has been the only instance in which I have finally received some kind of response back from the SPM since May 11, 2022. Unfortunately, that response was negative and an outright lie. I wish PHC had actually been attempting to return my inquiries and contact me to actually do the job I placed a $7,500 deposit on or return the money! The last contact I had with PHC was with the Senior Project Manager via text message on May 11, 2022 @ 7:38pm. Since then I have received no calls, no text messages, no voicemails, no emails, nothing! This last no call - no show was the 4th time the windows were to be installed and the siding etc was to be done, then as precedent shows... nothing.... No communication of any kind. Then as has become precedent now. Several months go by with no word, no response. It's the absolutely most ridiculous and unprofessional business practice I've ever encountered. BBB received confirmation from business that they are scheduled for install on Monday, October 3. They will start between 10-11. Consumer confirmed that would work.Initial Complaint

Th company did our roof in Mach of 2021. The price was close to $9000. We had a leak in summer and ******* ******* responded and check the roof. He did not find any problem. We see signs of water in another room now. ******* never responded and when we tied to stop at the office it was closedCustomer response

Good morning! I filed a complaint against Patriot contracting Company some time ago. Since then ******* ******* came and checked the roof. He found that one of the chimney cover was blown away and thought that the roof was not causing a problem. I think we are in a good shape for now. Thank you so much for your help!
